The 2025 Income Reports is available exclusively on the Itaú Portal.
For account holders, it will be available on the online banking platform through the following path:
Directly on the website www.itau.com.br, in the menu Current Account > Income Tax Statement > Shareholder Income Report.
If you are not an account holder, access to the income reports must be done through the Digital Correspondence Portal.
If this is your first login, follow the steps below:
- Go to www.correspondenciasdigitais.itau.com.br and click on “first access”;
- Enter your CPF and date of birth (Individuals) or CNPJ and date of foundation (Legal Entity);
- Choose the option to verify your identity (phone number or e-mail). If you cannot find your telephone number and e-mail, call 0800 720 5299 (Service Center available exclusively during the Income Report issuance period) or the Investor Service Center at 3003 9285 (for capitals and metropolitan regions) / 0800 720 9285 (other locations, on business days) from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (BRT);
- Enter the code received by e-mail and/or phone and create your personal password;
- That’s it, now just enter your CPF/CNPJ and the new password to access your documents. Income Reports will be available under “my reports.”
